Resilience in crisis is a capacity that maintains well-being, which allows you to cope and recover from adversity and stressful situations. This training will provide a lecture on increasing crisis resilience in the work community, both for the community and for the individual. Training is based on case studies to guide you through the tools that worked in both Afghanistan and Iraq. At the end, we will not discuss the problems of the work community, but the solutions.

You have spent your autumn holiday at the cabin and at second last day you decide to go for a walk in the forest to find mushrooms. You are little hesitant if you should go, since the weather is chilly and rain is maybe coming. Nevertheless you decide to go, you take a small backpack with you with rain clothes, a hat and gloves, and fire-making equipment.
You are heading west and after a few hours of walking, you come to the edge of a swamp without noticing it. You step into swamp and start to sink down to your waist, your first reaction is to start cursing.
After the cursing, you fight your way up and start wondering what now? Everything is wet from the waist down and the journey back to the cabin will take about an hour.
You stay calm because, you took that one survival course a few years ago. You remember what you were taught there about your own ability to function and take action. You replace your wet clothes with dry ones, as far as you have in your backpack, and then you start drying your shoes and socks so that your feet can last the return trip. Luckily, you had put newspaper in a plastic bag to start a fire.
